When extreme temperatures are forecasted—either above 80°F or below 35°F—there is a significant risk to the safety of your snails during transit. Under these conditions, regular shipping methods cannot guarantee that the snails will arrive in good condition. To ensure their safe delivery, we strongly recommend upgrading to express shipping with the appropriate weather protection package (ice packs for high temperatures and heat packs for low temperatures).
