If the temperature at your location is above 80°F, Add this ice pack to your package to prevent the snail from high heat while in transit. Reusable Non-Leaking Shipping Ice Pack, Long Lasting & Flexible: Lasts 4-7 times longer than ice!

Ice Pack Guidelines:

• 1 ice pack: Up to 5 snails

• 2 ice packs: More than 5 snails or temperatures above 90°F

• We do not ship when temperatures exceed 99°F unless Next Day Air is selected.
  

If you have an existing snail order with Regular Shipping and would like to upgrade to 2-Day or Next Day Shipping, simply select your preferred shipping speed from the dropdown menu. the upgrade cost is include ice packs automatically.

Please note that the 2-Day or Next Day transit time begins when the package is shipped, not when the order is placed. We typically require 2–3 business days to prepare your order.

To minimize transit delays, we normally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Upon request, we may be able to arrange special Next Day Air shipments on Wednesdays or Thursdays.
